The Vitality Recovery Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking a dedicated Outpatient Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support packages for clients, aimed at mitigating their challenges and fostering recovery.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews to evaluate clients' present conditions, identifying their needs, weaknesses, and strengths.
• Develop tailored treatment plans with measurable goals for each client, addressing unique circumstances and potential barriers to recovery.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on evaluations and feedback, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Provide informed guidance and counseling during therapeutic sessions, focusing on actionable strategies and resources to aid clients during difficult times.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports to uphold compliance and support care continuity.
• Participate in case conferences and provide expert testimony in legal settings, as needed, to advocate for clients and their best interests.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, social workers, and community services, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Make referrals to community resources, enhancing clients' support networks and facilitating their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.
