Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify individual patient needs and establish tailored treatment plans designed to promote mental wellness.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy to facilitate positive changes in patients' thoughts and behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with organization protocols and state regulations to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to coordinate care and participate in case reviews, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Provided education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment plans and feel empowered to engage in their mental health journey.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by keeping updated with current research and methodologies in the field of mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of adolescents and their families within the school setting. Our patients may present with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
