Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual, in-depth psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of students.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling tailored to individuals, families, and groups, emphasizing techniques suitable for younger clients.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary educational teams, which may include teachers, school psychologists, and parents.
• Advocate for students’ rights, guiding them and their families towards accessing essential community resources and support services.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes utilizing electronic health records systems.
• Engage actively in team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights from your clinical practice to enhance collective outcomes in the educational environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school, equipping you with the theoretical frameworks crucial for clinical practice.
• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, particularly with youth populations.

Compensation and Benefits
