Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver therapy services through synchronous live video sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions to diverse adult clients grappling with emotional disorders, ensuring a nurturing environment for growth.
• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive, integrated treatment plans that promote client welfare.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress metrics to continually evaluate and refine therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation within a reliable digital platform that supports efficient workflow and client management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus primarily on adults wrestling with a range of emotional challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. You’ll be expected to provide culturally competent care, honoring the diverse backgrounds and experiences of your clients. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Independent LCSW license in California is mandatory; additional state licenses are highly regarded.
• A strong commitment to providing care to all populations, demonstrating an ability to engage with a wide array of mental health issues while being culturally sensitive.
• Proficiency with digital platforms and a willingness to integrate technology into clinical practices for enhanced client interactions.

Preferred Experience
