Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Turquoise Center, your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring effective therapeutic interventions for our clients:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique challenges faced by each patient, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans using solution-focused strategies.
• Utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to meet the specific mental health needs of clients.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA standards and organizational protocols to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborating regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists on the treatment team to deliver holistic care and refine treatment plans when necessary.
• Offering continuous education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health resources, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Participating in ongoing training and peer review meetings to keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatment, ensuring the quality of care provided.
• Managing a full caseload of patients, assessing their progress towards established treatment goals, and making necessary adjustments to their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services within mental health settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing solution-based psychotherapy techniques and evidence-informed practices.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
