Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including assessments, individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of students, ensuring a focus on choice and empowerment.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to assess clients' needs and arrange for comprehensive evaluations as necessary.
• Facilitate crisis interventions and emergency support for students in immediate need, maintaining a calm and supportive atmosphere.
• Monitor your caseload meticulously, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulatory standards, which is essential for optimal client outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with educational and health professionals to address the mental health needs of students and promote overall well-being.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and actively contribute to agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.
• Ensure on-call coverage as needed, providing after-hours support during critical times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on students within the school environment who present with varying degrees of emotional and psychological challenges. As an LCSW, you'll engage with a diverse client population, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to address their distinct needs. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work with an active LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits

Rush Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
