Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary clinician providing direct psychological support and therapeutic interventions for students experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to develop tailored intervention plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate proactively with educators, administrators, and families to create an integrated approach to each student's care, ensuring access to essential mental health services.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that focus on enhancing emotional resilience and promoting recovery.
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes while ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and collaboration with fellow clinicians to share best practices and refine techniques.
• Provide crisis intervention and support students and families in navigating difficult situations, maintaining their safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents who show signs of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) with an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
