Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for clients presenting with various mental health issues, ensuring that treatment plans are robust and tailored to individual needs based on current best practices.
• Utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address the complexities of clients’ situations, adapting interventions to their personal preferences and therapeutic goals.
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient information is securely managed and easily accessible to authorized team members.
• Employing collaborative strategies to engage with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and other clinical staff, to deliver coherent patient care that encompasses all facets of mental health treatment.
• Participating actively in case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve practice standards and to enhance patient outcomes through shared insights and experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits
