Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: You will perform in-depth clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans. This involves understanding client histories and synthesizing data to create tailored therapeutic roadmaps.
• Implement Evidence-based Interventions: Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches. Your adaptability in choosing interventions based on individual client needs will guide their journey toward mental wellness.
• Maintain Clinical Records: Keep accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards. Your meticulous nature will ensure compliance and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Treatment Teams: Work closely with a dedicated group of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care. Regular team meetings will be essential for comprehensive case reviews and collaborative treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
