Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each patient’s mental health and substance use history, leading to personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, documenting patient progress and therapeutic outcomes in a timely manner to support ongoing treatment and compliance.

Qualifications
