Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources, ensuring individualized care.
• Provide personalized therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapies, utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the client's specific needs.
• Implement and regularly update individualized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions to address clients' evolving mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop cohesive care strategies and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as appropriate to manage urgent client needs.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, promoting community building and peer support among clients.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clear and accurate records for continuity of care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
