Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges and developing tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs and circumstances.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support clients in managing their mental health issues effectively.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical records per HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and safeguard patient confidentiality.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to patient care, emphasizing interdisciplinary communication.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, enhance treatment practices, and promote continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Offering education and resources to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and navigate available support systems.
• Staying informed about the latest research in mental health to incorporate current best practices into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals and families from various backgrounds and age groups, all presenting a wide range of mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid clinical license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services across various patient demographics.
• Expertise in solution-focused intervention methodologies and therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, essential for developing effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques is advantageous, as our clinic operates entirely online.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems in Illinois to better assist clients in navigating their mental health journey.
• A proactive approach to continuing education within the mental health field, allowing you to stay current with therapeutic methods.

Compensation and Benefits
