Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker on our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals navigating various mental health concerns. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to identify patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans through established best practices.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient information is kept confidential and secure.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide cohesive and integrated patient care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to ongoing professional development and enhanced service delivery.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, their treatment options, and the available resources within the community.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by keeping abreast of the latest research and advancements within the mental health field to enhance clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults, addressing varying mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related experiences, and other significant emotional challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy methods and relevant interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
