Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, personal strengths, and available community resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs, goals, and preferences.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other treatment professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, leading safety planning measures to protect client well-being.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to enhance clients' understanding of mental health and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely updates and communication with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
