Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate patient needs and establish rapport, fostering a trustful therapeutic relationship.
• Develop and implement comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that reflect the patient's goals and preferences.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to manage a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Perform crisis intervention as needed, supporting patients through acute psychological distress with immediate care and effective coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, therapeutic interventions, and treatment adjustments in line with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
