Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored mental health services to clients through individual and group therapy sessions delivered via telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with fellow social workers, psychologists, and healthcare providers in case discussions and treatment planning to enhance overall client outcomes.
• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and clinical assessments in line with best practices.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, community resources, and coping strategies to promote empowerment and recovery.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in social work and mental health care, adapting therapeutic techniques as needed to meet evolving client needs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment metrics using electronic health records (EHR) to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and clinical assessments, with a strong theoretical knowledge of various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
