Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of individuals and develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with best practice guidelines.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver customized and effective interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Record and maintain accurate clinical documentation in real-time, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and enhance the quality of care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Participate in peer-to-peer consultations and case reviews to enhance treatment quality and share knowledge within the professional community.
• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community resources to foster empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and integrate new knowledge into practice to enhance clinical effectiveness.
• Oversee a managed caseload, guaranteeing that each client’s treatment goals are met in a timely manner while upholding the ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications
