Work Environment

This position is structured as a remote role, allowing clinicians the flexibility to connect with clients in both office and community settings. Key Responsibilities

• Function as a clinician providing direct services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, conducting thorough assessments, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Develop tailor-made treatment plans based on individual client needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care that facilitates their journey toward recovery.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to foster a collaborative environment that enhances client outcomes and promotes shared learning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in alignment with both state regulations and organizational policies.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on promoting engagement and recovery for clients.
• Utilize crisis management techniques as needed, performing interventions to ensure client safety and wellbeing.
• Conduct brief screenings and assess clients for the need for further evaluation or treatment.
• Promote integrated care by coordinating services with external providers, families, and other community agencies to create comprehensive care strategies.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet their therapeutic goals and objectives.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the organizational code of conduct and ethical standards throughout all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on children and adolescents who require support managing their mental health conditions. You will work closely with families to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored interventions that resonate with various cultural and socioeconomic contexts. Your efforts in this role will significantly contribute to improving mental health outcomes among some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado.
• Expert knowledge in mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis management practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and work with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Competence in age-specific developmental factors relevant to populations served.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services.
• Practical experience in academic settings or working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources and services available for mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
