Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic interventions to help clients meet their mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate holistic care that addresses all aspects of clients' needs.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, fostering empowerment and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington.
• At least three years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in using solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

Though not mandatory, additional experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Experience in hospice or palliative care settings, with an understanding of the unique challenges faced by terminally ill clients.
