Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments, focusing on the unique strengths, challenges, and needs of each client.
• Deliver tailored evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing effective methodologies suitable for a school environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including educators and healthcare providers, to formulate integrated care plans that support students’ overall well-being.
• Act as an advocate for clients by helping them access community resources as well as legal and educational rights.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes within electronic health records systems.
• Engage in regular participation in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and their families. The focus is on emotional and behavioral challenges associated with academic and social experiences. By fostering a supportive and understanding therapeutic environment, you will help empower students to navigate their emotional landscape, promoting resilience and the tools needed for personal and academic success.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• At least two years of professional experience providing clinical social work services to children or families.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and collaboratively developing treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect and establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
• A strong commitment to promoting cultural competence, social justice, and ethical standards in practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within educational institutions or with youth populations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, adjusted to reflect your experience and client caseload.
