Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, with opportunities to engage directly both in clinical settings and within community environments. Key Responsibilities

• Function as a direct clinician for clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders both in-office and within the community.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop, and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Monitor client well-being and progress toward goals through ongoing evaluation during individual and group therapy sessions.
• Participate as a collaborative team member, contributing to the development and execution of common goals for patient care.
• Identify and report unsafe situations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Lead crisis intervention strategies, supporting clients in difficult situations while maintaining a focus on empowerment and positive outcomes.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, data submissions, and treatment plans to uphold operational standards.
• Provide on-call coverage outside regular business hours as assigned to maintain a high level of support.
• Engage in committees focused on agency service delivery improvements and quality enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
