Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, to effectively address and manage mental health issues.
• Develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans that include measurable goals, actionable interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring in collaboration with clients.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.
• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and facilitating safety plans to support clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
