Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through virtual sessions and develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions to support client progress, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.
• Document clinical interactions accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care, actively participating in team meetings and case discussions.
• Educate and empower clients and their families with relevant resources and coping strategies to enhance their mental health and overall quality of life.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families from varying backgrounds who are facing mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits
