Work Environment

This position allows you to work entirely remotely from the comfort of your home in Massachusetts. The virtual clinic setup utilizes advanced telehealth technologies to ensure that clinicians can effectively communicate with their clients and each other. The remote nature of the job promotes a healthy work-life balance, with a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and engaging atmosphere for all clients.
• Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated remote care team, engaging in regular communication and case discussions to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions to stay updated on the latest practices in mental health care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system to facilitate seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• possess an active LICSW license in Massachusetts, enabling you to practice independently.

• Demonstrate strong diagnostic skills and treatment planning abilities relevant to diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary ranging between USD 100,000 and 110,000 .
