Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Clinician at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual psychotherapy sessions to clients dealing with mental health issues related to substance abuse.
• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and formulating effective treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically for substance abuse recovery.
• Maintaining detailed and compliant clinical records in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic care and support for patients.
• Providing educational resources to clients and their families on mental health conditions and available support strategies.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and integrating new findings into your therapeutic practices.
• Managing a diverse caseload effectively while ensuring treatment objectives are met and ethical standards are upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents and adults who are navigating the complexities of substance use disorders alongside mental health challenges. Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years' clinical experience, with a focus on substance abuse therapy.
• Demonstrable knowledge of solution-based interventions and therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
