Maxim Wellness Corporation is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our innovative team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. This position is designed for a skilled clinician who is passionate about providing exceptional therapy services, managing a caseload of a minimum of 25 clients, and contributing positively to our clients' mental health journeys.

You will be working from your own location while having access to administrative support that handles crucial tasks such as client intake, insurance verification, and billing processes. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality virtual therapy sessions, utilizing best practices in clinical social work to support clients in their mental health journeys.
• Engage in varied therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to address a range of mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing insights from your practice to enhance team dynamics and outcomes.
• Actively manage your client schedule, building rapport and establishing ongoing therapeutic relationships with clients aged 18 and older.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, including maintaining confidentiality and professional malpractice insurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adult clients (ages 18 and above), addressing varied mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our practice values diversity and inclusivity, and we encourage clinicians with experience in serving the LGBTQIA+ community or focused on men's mental health to apply, although these are not mandatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating competence in therapeutic techniques and client interaction.
• Previous experience providing psychotherapy to adults, with a specific focus on working with diverse and minority populations, is highly valued.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy is preferred.
• Familiarity with therapeutic approaches that address the unique needs of the LGBTQIA+ community and men’s mental health.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to manage client information and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits
