Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status, using developmentally appropriate and evidence-based techniques.
• Building rapport with clients, establishing a foundation of trust to facilitate effective treatment plans.
• Developing integrated care plans that encompass mental health treatment and related services, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on managing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers, family members, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Documenting treatment progress, client interactions, and outcomes in compliance with organizational protocols and ethical standards.
• Participating in team meetings and case reviews to share insights, progress, and strategies for enhancing client outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
