Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth virtual psychosocial assessments to determine clients' strengths, challenges, and mental health needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored for individuals, families, and groups to promote optimal recovery outcomes.
• Utilize integrated care models by working in partnership with other healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless approach to client wellness.
• Actively advocate for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary community resources and support services that contribute to their recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will be on clients undergoing detoxification who may be experiencing co-occurring mental health issues. You will provide supportive counseling during a vulnerable time in their lives, helping them navigate challenges and build coping strategies. Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Possession of a current Washington State licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical services in a relevant setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within detox or addiction recovery settings.
