Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health diagnostic evaluations and crisis assessments, utilizing standardized assessment tools to accurately identify and address client needs.
• Deliver ongoing psychotherapy in both individual and group settings, tailoring your approach to fit the therapeutic needs of patients and caregivers.
• Engage with clients and their families to provide essential resources and support, ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout the care process.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialist services, integrating an interdisciplinary approach to enhance patient outcomes.
• Assist with the development of tailored care plans based on thorough assessments, determining the type and duration of services necessary to support client progress.
• Implement remote and telehealth services, adapting your communication style to effectively engage with patients and their caregivers via virtual platforms.
• Lead case management efforts to advocate for patients and navigate access to necessary resources and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is primarily focused on supporting adults facing various behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to mental health disorders, emotional distress, and life transitions. You will work closely with various client demographics, fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships aimed at improving overall well-being in the context of their daily lives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An unrestricted, current state license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Demonstrated knowledge and competency in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of behavioral health issues.
• Strong commitment to building longitudinal care relationships with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with psychotherapy, including individual and group therapy, is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in case management and coordinating care across different health disciplines.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and remote client engagement strategies.
• Proficient in working within interdisciplinary teams to achieve holistic patient outcomes.
• Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and impact in the role. Additionally, our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, along with life insurance and disability coverage.
