Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing telehealth platforms to provide effective mental health care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ needs and goals.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals in a remote interdisciplinary team to provide integrated care and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be focused on a diverse client population, including adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, and co-occurring conditions. You'll utilize your skills to create a safe and supportive environment for clients from various backgrounds and cultures. By practicing cultural competence and social justice, you will build rapport and trust with clients, fostering their journey toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing social work services in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating appropriate treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Commitment to ethical practice and a passion for promoting social justice within the mental health field.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in telehealth or remote service delivery is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Previous experience in a detox or intensive outpatient setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience.
