Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand patients' mental health status, strengths, and areas for growth, which will form the basis of targeted treatment strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in individual, group, and family sessions to facilitate healing and personal development.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatrists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated, coordinated care plans that meet patients' complex needs.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, potential treatment options, and medication management, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their health.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate patient goals, preferences, and cultural considerations while ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Advocate for patients navigating the mental health system, providing support to understand their rights and resources available to them.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
