Work Environment

This position is remote, allowing you to work from home while engaging with students in a school-based setting. You will conduct sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and mental health issues, developing individualized treatment plans based on the findings.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health concerns.
• Work closely with educators, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic support network for clients, collaborating to ensure comprehensive care plans are executed effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records and progress notes in compliance with professional standards and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality care.
• Engage in regular supervision meetings and attend professional development workshops to enhance your clinical skills and stay current in mental health trends and practices.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school environment, many of whom may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, and behavioral issues. Your role will be crucial in empowering these young individuals and their families to navigate emotional challenges and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for practice.
• At least three years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a preference for those who have worked in educational environments.

Compensation and Benefits
