Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Wholehearted Healing, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial histories and mental health diagnoses.
• Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to set achievable goals and measure progress.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique situation, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed approaches.
• Documenting client sessions meticulously to track progress and ensure compliance with licensing requirements and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team through regular virtual meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.
• Participating in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, and histories of trauma. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active license as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits
