Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive therapeutic services, including counseling, psychotherapy, and case management to clients in need.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, consistently assessing client progress and adapting strategies to achieve measurable goals.
• Act as an advocate for clients, connecting them with vital resources such as financial assistance, housing support, and additional social services to meet their needs effectively.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, such as suicidal ideation or severe trauma responses.
• Engage in educational initiatives that promote mental health awareness within the community, aiming to reduce stigma and increase accessibility to mental health resources.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client cases, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, receiving mentorship to support both clinical expertise and holistic personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license enabling independent practice in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits
