Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while benefiting from a supportive team dynamic. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured schedule that fosters a positive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for adults and adolescents, utilizing established treatment plans and documentation standards.
• Develop personalized psychotherapy plans with measurable goals and objectives, working collaboratively with clients to track progress.
• Actively participate as a member of the treatment team, contributing insights and sharing best practices to enhance holistic patient care.
• Provide consultative support and professional guidance to fellow team members, fostering an environment of communication and shared learning.
• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation in accordance with licensing standards, maintaining compliance with governing bodies.
• Serve as a liaison between Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic and community-based treatment professionals, fostering collaborative approaches to mental health care.
• Exercise due diligence when responding to subpoenas for records or during court appearances, adhering to organizational policies.
• Maintain consistent attendance and remain flexible to adapt to shifting case demands and administrative needs as they arise.
