Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, focusing on solution-oriented interventions.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques that promote clients’ mental health and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated care and integrated treatment approaches.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available to support recovery and wellness.
• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health and substance use disorders to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of adults facing various mental health conditions and substance use challenges. Clients may be experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, or psychological distress due to chemical dependency. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is necessary for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
