Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand patients' unique mental health challenges and create tailored treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques that cater to individual client needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on individuals undergoing detoxification as part of their recovery from substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse client population, representing various ages, backgrounds, and experiences, each facing unique challenges in their recovery journeys. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New Jersey.
• At least three years of clinical experience, with a strong focus on psychotherapy.
