Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available community resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and adjust client-centered treatment strategies, maintaining a holistic approach towards integrated care.
• Keep accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at our detox center, you'll primarily focus on patients dealing with substance use disorders and those in recovery. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
