Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, recognizing their unique strengths and individual circumstances.
• Deliver tailored therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that define clear therapeutic goals, specific interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring to ensure the efficacy of care delivered.
• Engage in crisis intervention by assessing risk factors, formulating safety plans, and providing immediate support to clients in acute distress.
• Coordinate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and medical staff, to form holistic care strategies that streamline treatment processes.
• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives, advocating for mental health resources and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health challenges.
