Lifeline Community Care is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity, focused on delivering essential support to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Lifeline Community Care, your everyday activities will include:

• Conducting individual assessments for clients experiencing major mental illnesses from your dedicated home office space.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Providing therapeutic interventions, which may include individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on recovery and empowerment.
• Facilitating brief evidence-based screenings and coordinating thorough evaluations when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate services.
• Carrying a manageable caseload while adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining the standards set forth by our organization.
• Assisting with crisis interventions as required, ensuring the well-being of clients during urgent situations.
• Monitoring client progress through regular follow-ups, including inpatient admissions, ongoing evaluations, and discharge protocols.
• Documents all interactions appropriately and ensures timely completion of reports and data submissions.
• Participating in service delivery committees aimed at enhancing our community health initiatives and contributing to quality improvement efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses. Lifeline Community Care serves a highly diverse clientele who are often facing socio-economic challenges. You will be equipped with the resources and support necessary to understand and address the unique factors impacting the psychological and emotional well-being of these clients.

Qualifications

• A valid LCSW license and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• At least two years of experience providing mental health services, with a strong knowledge base in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule while prioritizing client care effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in detox centers or similar healthcare settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote client management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work with clients from diverse cultural, traditional, and socio-economic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
