Work Environment

You will be part of a fully virtual outpatient clinic equipped with the latest telehealth technology, enabling you to connect with clients effectively while maintaining the same quality of care you would expect in a traditional setting. Key Responsibilities

In the role of LICSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that align with solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), catering to the individual preferences and circumstances of each client.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records that adhere to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory standards.
• Actively participating in a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings to collaborate with colleagues and refine treatment strategies.
• Providing education, guidance, and emotional support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying updated with the latest developments and research in the mental health field to integrate new findings into your clinical practice for improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Clinical Social Worker with us, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise in understanding the unique cultural, socio-economic, and personal backgrounds of each client will allow you to provide tailored support and guidance on their mental health journey.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution to demonstrate your academic foundation and commitment to the field.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State, illustrating your professional credentials.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting providing psychotherapy services, showcasing your hands-on expertise.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, highlighting your ability to facilitate meaningful changes in your clients' lives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to form genuine connections with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous in this role:

Compensation and Benefits
