Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Remote LICSW will include:

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans tailored to the needs of patients based on thorough psychosocial assessments.
• Conducting assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients struggling with emotional and behavioral health issues, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to clinic policies.
• Providing crisis intervention services to address immediate patient needs, including assessing the severity of emotional distress and making appropriate recommendations for further care.
• Engaging with patients’ families and support systems to ensure a holistic approach to treatment planning and discharge processes, facilitating continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on providing mental health services to a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will encounter individuals experiencing a variety of challenges—such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex emotional issues—allowing you to apply your assessment and intervention skills effectively.

Qualifications

Applicants for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your ability to work independently and provide effective interventions.
• An adept understanding of computer systems, including proficiency in word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records (EMR).

Preferred Experience
