Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health issues.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and other therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in adherence to healthcare regulations while ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Engage in regular case consultation and peer review meetings to discuss treatment progress and optimize interventions for improved patient outcomes.
• Educate and empower patients and their families with tools and resources related to mental health, fostering a supportive environment.
• Stay updated on the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health to provide the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. The clinic serves individuals aiming to enhance their mental well-being while receiving support tailored to their specific cultural and personal experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LICSW license in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
• Proven proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and a commitment to client-centered care.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to connect with clients and build trust effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
