Work Environment

In this fully remote position, you will work from anywhere in California, eliminating commute time and allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Our team utilizes secure HIPAA-compliant video platforms to ensure confidentiality and comfort during therapy sessions. You will have access to necessary administrative and technical support, enabling you to focus on what matters most—helping your clients achieve their mental health goals. Additionally, we foster a culture of ongoing learning and development, encouraging team members to participate in training sessions and peer consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive clinical intakes and assessments to understand each client’s unique needs.
• Formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Providing evidence-based individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy to address various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engaging in virtual case consultations and peer support meetings to enhance clinical strategies and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Managing a personalized caseload that reflects your areas of interest and preferred schedule, with flexibility to accommodate personal commitments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will provide therapy to a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with emotional distress, trauma, relationship issues, and significant life changes. Our focus is on increasing access to mental health care for marginalized populations, and we actively seek to serve clients from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, emphasizing trauma-informed care practices. You will work with clients who have varying degrees of need, providing culturally competent and affirming support.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
• Strong technical proficiency with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records is required.
• Demonstrated clinical judgment, self-motivation, and a commitment to ethical practice in all aspects of care.
• A passion for expanding access to mental health services in underserved communities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in trauma-informed care, specifically with BIPOC clients and LGBTQ+ individuals.
• Familiarity with chronic illness management and its impact on mental health.
• A willingness to maintain a caseload of 15+ clients per week, with flexibility in scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
