Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnoses, using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to develop tailored, culturally-sensitive treatment plans that align with patients' unique needs.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to monitor patients' progress and provide strategic interventions that bolster mental health and emotional wellness.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatment records alongside regulatory compliance and department protocols, leveraging technology to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications
