Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, which allows for flexibility and work-life balance while still participating actively in therapeutic sessions via telehealth. Working within a detox facility, you will engage with clients facing various levels of substance use issues in a supportive and compassionate manner. This remote setting enhances our therapists' ability to deliver care in ways that are accessible and comfortable for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and couples therapy sessions to clients across a diverse age range, tailoring approaches to fit individual needs and circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, therapeutic progress, and treatment plans in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments, ensuring that calendars are updated promptly to maximize client engagement and support.
• Utilize an external billing service to handle all aspects of claims, client accounts receivable, benefit checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus solely on client care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in addressing a variety of clinical presentations and maintain professionalism while fostering therapeutic boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve represent a broad spectrum of individuals, including those struggling with addiction, mental health disorders, and those seeking personal growth or relationship improvement. Your therapeutic work will primarily focus on promoting recovery and enhancing coping strategies for people who are often in vulnerable situations. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with a current license to practice independently as an LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits
