Hill Serenity Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Work Environment

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while predominantly serving clients in school settings. You will have the opportunity to connect with diverse populations, collaborating with educators and parents to provide holistic support. While the bulk of your work will occur during standard business hours, some evening and weekend hours may be required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, outlining therapeutic goals and interventions customized for each client.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive, client-centered care.
• Perform crisis interventions as required, including risk assessments and safety planning with clients and families.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community engagement and peer support.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, thereby ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.

Your work will directly impact a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and their families. You will address a wide array of mental health challenges, helping students navigate difficulties related to anxiety, depression, and trauma within the school environment. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health or outpatient settings.
• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and eager to apply this knowledge in practice.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, facilitating positive client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing services in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with treatment technologies or electronic health record systems to document client interactions efficiently.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary treatment teams that enhance collaborative practice.

Compensation and Benefits
