Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions that address each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated treatment strategies.
• Provide crisis management, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans to effectively respond to urgent mental health situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that encourage peer interaction and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on clients who are in detox treatment, many of whom may struggle with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, and trauma histories. Understanding the complex interplay of addiction and mental health is essential as you help them develop coping strategies, emotional resilience, and pathways to recovery. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably within a detox or addiction treatment environment.
• A strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and treatment methodologies is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
