Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions to clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, such as major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and severe emotional disturbances.
• Engage with clients through various modalities, including individual therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention, tailoring approaches based on each client's unique situation and needs.
• Document and maintain thorough, detailed client records, ensuring fidelity to compliance and ethical guidelines as set forth by the organization and professional standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, medical staff, and case managers, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize client choice and empowerment.
• Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve service delivery, enhance team dynamics, and achieve common goals.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and integrate relevant evidence-based approaches into your clinical work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating the complexities of mental illness and emotional distress. Many of our clients face socio-economic challenges and have limited access to necessary resources. Your role will be pivotal in offering support, guidance, and therapeutic tools that empower clients to improve their mental well-being and build resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in Texas.
• Profound understanding of mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment methodologies respective to the populations served.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Proficient organizational skills, ensuring timely documentation and maintenance of client files.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience providing clinical services in a mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and varying socio-economic situations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, which aids in organized documentation and timely communication within the care team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
