Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs accurately.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused interventions and best practices.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions that address the unique challenges faced by individuals in hospice care.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient records to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
